Yes! In fact, it is a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness. I will help evaluate and break down Functional movement patterns and Biomechanics. I'm huge on education so not only will you learn new exercises, but also build knowledge behind each movement to apply daily.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer home workouts , we'll set up a plan for you. I work with what you have! Don't feel obligated to purchase more equipment. I can MacGyver a great program with minimal equipment.
It all depends on you! Together, we will go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! As long as you are happy with how you feel, have more energy and noticing that your clothing are fitting differently, you are on the right track!
