    My name is Tasha! I am a mother to twins, entrepreneur & Personal trainer for the past 10 years. I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals through education and accountability. Through a series of questions and fitness assessments, I am able  analyze your body type, Body imbalances, and goals to create your individualized fitness plan.

    With years of success and experience in my clients and own fitness journeys, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals and maintain them. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise that match your individual needs, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals at a healthy realistic pace.

    I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.
